You will be served Black Pepper and Parmesan Loaf with Butter Spread.
Better to eat this while it's still Hot and Soft ! 

[ 1st Course - Starter ]
Seared Garlic and Coriander White Prawns Asian Slaw with Goma Dressing.
Fresh juicy prawns. Crunchy veges to go with the Goma Dressing (consist of toasted sesame seeds) 

[ 2nd Course - Soup ]
Hungarian Mushroom Soup with Saute King Mushroom and Evo Oil. 
Warm hearty soup topped with sour cream and slight herbs notes to tease the palate. Love the mushroom bits.

[ 3rd Course - Main Course ]
To choose either one.
Grilled Australian Rib-Eye with Cheddar Black Pepper Sauce @ RM158.00 nett.
Overall, we still love the tender juicy Rib Eye served by Hilton. They always maintain the quality and taste.

To choose either one.
Salmon Glaze with Lemon Tumeric @ RM138.00 nett.
Second choice would be this Salmon Glazed with lemon and honey that gives the Salmon its sweet crunchiness underneath and skin. Delicious !

To choose either one.
Sous-vide Chicken Breast with Ratatouille Stuffing @ RM88.00 nett.
As for the Chicken, there is still have room for some improvements on the texture. We already feedback to the Chef and they promised will look into this.

All 3 Main Course will be accompanied with Wilted Spinach and Curried Parmesan Potato Puree.  

[ 4th Course - Dessert ]
French Apple Cheese Cake with Berries Compote and Vanilla Ice Cream
Instead of the ordinary boring Cheesecake, we had French Apple Cheese Cake. It's not too sweet plus a little bit of sour taste from the apple which makes us keep wanting more of the cake. You can have it with the Berries sauce for added sweetness and to finish off with Vanilla Ice-Cream which leaves us speechless and happy !

The Chefs never runs out of creativity to whip up Special Western Fusion dishes which are amazing ! Looking forward to have more great and wonderful food !
