First, You will be served Black Pepper and Parmesan Loaf while waiting for your Short Beef Ribs.
After that, Cream of Spinach will be served to you.
This is the Beef Short Ribs served with Black Pepper Sauce, boiled Broccoli, braised red cabbage & german potato dumpling with butter sauce.
The 3 hours braised in the classic German dish Sauerbraten ensures succulent short ribs have that signature tanginess and tender. Gingersnaps give the sauce a beautiful texture and add a sweet spiciness. "Combined with 24 hours marinated sour flavour from braised red cabbage".
As for the Unlimited Short Ribs, you can order your next serving of a Full Platter set together with the sides or the ribs on its own.
The meat was tender and juicy. I personally love the potato, it smells good.
