This is Chef Matan.


Lok-lok or Skewer is a very famous stall food in Malaysia street stall and usually stallholder will charge based on the number of sticks that are taken. However, in Pullman Kuching starting from this July until end of September, Lok-Lok lovers can now enjoy Chef Matan's Lok-Lok buffer dinner.


Diners can browse the bar featuring a variety of fresh Lok-Lok meat and seafood, chicken, beef and lamb, chicken flank, beef ball, cocktail sausage, beef sausage skewer, prawn, squid, mussel, salmon, palayak fillet, sea bass, crab stick, fish ball, fish cake, squid ball, tau-kan skewer, bitter gourd cake, brinjal cake, chili cake, lady finger cake skewer, shiitake mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, poh-choy, leek celery and long cabbage.




Vegetables Lok-Lok to choose.


There are two soups flavour for diners to choose from which are tom yam and chicken stock. For dipping, diners can opt for Thai Green Chili, hainanese chili sauce, sambal chili, sweet bean sauce, garlic and Thai chili sauce, sesame peanut sauce and assam kicap sauce for you all to choose.

Besides Lok-Lok, there are also main dishes offered in the buffet spread, designed to be simple yet satisfying. Yong Chow fried Rice, fried seafood tom-yam mee hoon, steam white rice, deep fried prawn with Szechuan spicy chili sauce, wok fried shredded beef with dry chili and soya bean sprout, sauteed chicken with pineapple and sweet sour sauce, wok fried bitter gourd with egg and braised bean curd with seafood.




Under this hitting lamp, there is an array of Seafood Pizza, Chicken or Beef Satays Pizza and Vegetarian Pizza.




This is the appetizer and salad counter with assortment of dishes. The delectable spread includes tossed shrimp with spring onion and soya sauce, marinated cucumber with garlic and sesame oil, chukka wakame, sesame baby octopus, century egg with ginger sweet and crispy silver fish toast with sweet sauce.
