Broccoli, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Pine Nuts, Walnuts, Avocado, Feta Cheese, Quinoa and Sweet Chili-Roasted sweet Potatoes. Drizzled with pomegranate dressing.

The Colourful combination of the salad is very pleasing to the eyes and tongue.

 Red rice, jasmine rice and quinoa is stir-fried with vegetables, prawns and chicken.

The fried rice was less oily and tasted good. Love the fragrance of the rice plus its a good combination of fibres !

Mushroom & Beef blend patty, beef bacon and cheese on sourdough brioche bun, served with sweet potato fries. Less fat and Less cholestrol !

The beef patty is juicy and grilled to perfection. The Bacon gave it an added punch.

Flower Ice Tea & Butterfly Pea Lemonade @ RM12.00 each.
 

Refreshing drinks. Flower Tea, noticed how they froze different flowers in each ice cubes, so when it slowly melts, it releases different flowery fragrances with each sip.

Watch below video on how Bufferfly Pea Lemonade changed its colour when you slowly add in the lemon juice !

Overall, the menu price is average and affordable for a healthier meal option and the ambience of the restaurant was relaxing and classy.

Menu 1 - Peking Duck @ RM136.80 (The Chef will convert this Peking Duck into 2 different dishes)

The Waiter is slicing the Peking Duck Skin and then wrapped it with Popiah Skin spread with their Special sauce.

Peking Duck Dish B - Peking Duck Meat cooked with Spring Onion. After slicing the Peking Duck Skin, you have the option to ask them to cook the Meat with Spring Onion or Black Pepper Style.

The midin is crunchy and very appetizing.  

On top of this Midin is crunchy strips of deep fried sotong.

Menu 3 - Steamed Tiger Garoupa in Teochew Style (1KG) @ RM180.00

Very Fresh and the meat taste sweet.

Menu 4 - Szechuan Soup @ RM17.92 per bowl.

Menu 5 - Butter Prawn @ RM56.60

I always prefer de-shelled prawns. Easy for consumption and the butter taste seeps into the prawn flesh. GREAT !

Menu 6 - Beef Shredded Ginger @ RM42.45

Beef Stir Fry with Shredded Ginger. Meat is tender and juicy.

Dessert 1 - Chilled Coconut Milk with Mango & Pamelo @ RM12.26 per bowl.
Dessert was a first for me, in terms of the combination. The Pamelo gives the dessert a special surprise which pops in your mouth with every bite. And its not bitter nor the dessert is too sweet. Its just nice with a hint of mango flavour. 

Drinks 1 - CocoMint Fusion @ RM28.00 per glass. 
The drinks were specially ordered as Hilton are having their Special Chocolate Theme for the month of August.

Suggest more advertisement needed for this place. Sorry to say I dont know this Hotel got Restaurant till my friend told me about it. Food Overall is good. Nice clean & cozy restaurant. Feedback and Highlighted to the Boss on some issue for improvements which is the staffs slow serving me the Thousand Island Sauce for my Salad and The Calamari Rings is tasteless. Preferable if there is any special sauce to dip and eat with. Staffs is friendly.
