Upon entering, you'll be greeted by this Front Display of Fresh Seafood which will be served at the Buffet.

and also Slipper Lobsters !!! My Favourite ...

Oh My Eggs... Really love the juicy sweet taste of the Slipper Lobsters. This one if dip in Soya Sauce with Cut Chili .. MARVELOUS !

Choice of Imported Cheese to go with crackers, nuts, dried apricot/raisin and carrot/cucumber stick as an appetizer or in between to freshen/tickle your taste bud.

A variety of healthy cold salad dishes (prawn/fish) and green salad. They got a salad mixing bowl ready for you to do your own salad with choices of salad dressings.

Their Menu - Baked Slipper Lobsters with Garlic & Chili Sauce, Stir Fried Squid with Dried Chili & Spring Onion and Pan Sear Red Snapper Fillet with Garlic & Chili Flakes.

Ahhh... ! I had lots of this ... Baked Slipper Lobster with Garlic & Chili Sauce.

Their Menu - Buttered Prawn with Curry Leaves, Broccoli & Shitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce and Fried Rice with Shrimp & Crab Stick Julienne.

Their Menu - Stir Fried Bamboo Clam with Sambal, Lala Masak Lemak, Fish Head Curry and Seafood Cake with Lemongrass Salsa.

A MUST TRY - Lala Masak Lemak & Bamboo Clam with Sambal. If at home, 1 pot of rice also can finish with just these 2 dishes. HAHA !

Chef in Action ! Choose Ingredients and give it to the Chef. He will cook it for you ....

Prawn Mee. Broth tasted not bad but slightly salty a little bit. Already informed the Manager on Duty.

Beside the Penang Prawn Mee, is this plate of Crabs where you can ask the Chef to cook Fried Chili Crabs .. Yummy !

Grill Corner - Ikan Panggang, Gonjeng, Crepes Ikan & Seafood Skewer. The bread station offers fresh loaves and buns to go with the soups and seafood.

Soups - Shrimp & Sweet Corn Soup and Sup Ikan Lumek.

I have tried the Ikan Lumek Soup, it has a strong Serai Aroma with a bit of sour end from the Terung Dayak. Plus the melts in your mouth Ikan Lumek meat. Its refreshing and appetizing. 

Ahhhh... Dessert Corner ! Cakes, Pastries, Jelly and Pudding. Good for my Sweet Tooth !

Variety of Cakes & Pastries to choose.

Fruits Corner. HEY ! Asam Boi powder to go with the Jambu Air & Guava or anything whenever you feel adventurous ! HAHA ....
