This is Chef Claudio Cucchiarelli.
With over 40 years of experience in the Food Industry, this widely-travelled Italian Chef is a Traditionalist when it comes to serving quality authentic Italian Food from the country's many regions.
Not to compromise his standards, picking the best ingredients and reproduce each dish's authentic, original taste as far as possible.

We were invited to their 5-course Wine Dinner which includes Banfi Wines for RM280.00 nett per person featuring a Seafood Platter, Asparagus Soup with Smoked Salmon, Maltagliati Pasta with Lobster, Slow Braised Beef Cheeks and end with a Wrapped Chocolate Mousse.

Firstly, We were asked to wait at Senso Bar to enjoy their Welcome Cocktail and some Italian light snacks.

They called this Pomodoro e Basilico. Pomodoro in Italian means Tomato however Basilico means Basil.
This dish is simple and nice !

As for this, they called this Funghi Ragu. Funghi Ragu is a Light snacks with Mushroom which was put on top of the French Bread. I seriously like this one !

This is Gorgonzola e Noci. Gorgonzola is a strong flavoured Italian Cheese with Bluish-green veins however Noci is Walnuts.

While enjoying the Food and Wine at Senso Bar, our attention was shifted to Chef Claudio by him knocking on the frying pan. He announced that Dinner will be serve within 5 minutes.
This is the place we will be having our Dinner - The Hilton Steakhouse.

This is the Menu for the night. 5-course which consists a Starter, Soup, Pasta, Main Course and a Dessert.
After settling down, we were served by the waiter this 3 kinds of Bread Spread which is Truffle Oil, Pesto and Tomato. This 3 different colours of Bread Spread symbolize the colour of the Italian Flag which is Green, White & Red.
After that, we were given these 2 different kind of Bread to go with the special spread (As shown above).

This is Seafood Composition.
Inclusive of Sea Scallop, Prawn, Calamari, Tuna Pan fried and grilled with variety sauce.
Best to have this with Tener Brut Wine.

This is Slow Braised Beef Cheeks with Sauteed Fennel and Potato Puree.
Best to have this with Poggio Alle Mura Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Wine.

The Beef is so soft till it melt in the mouth. According to Chef Claudio, It is not easy to cook this part of the meat especially the Beef Cheeks.

This is Wrapped Chocolate Mousse with Mint in Orange Sauce.
Best to have this with Belnero Toscana IGT - Sangiovese Wine.
