To Avoid being SLAUGHTER by some Food Operators who is trying to take opportunity during this Chinese New Year Celebrations.. Always Remember to ASK the Food Operator about the price of the Food you order. Some Food Outlets might increase their Food price on the 1st-3rd Day of CNY.

For Food Operators, If the Price of the food you sell is increase or Double than the Original price, Make sure you inform your customers upon taking order or Stick a Notice at your Stall.

Honesty is a MUST when doing Business. If you tell your customers about the Special Price of the Food you sell during CNY and they have no obligation on it, means they dont mind and wiling to pay for it.

This is my most favourite Tea. Sorry i dont know what name of this Tea cos i dont know Chinese but If u go to GeorgPeck, maybe u can tell the waiter that u want a tea which Ah Ong always ordered. I'm sure they will know what tea i always drink.

OVERALL PERSONAL COMMENTS :

(1) Everything is still new. At what i see, Seriously they are still not yet ready as the whole restaurant renovation is not yet completed.

(2) Environment a bit hot. Saw only 1 Aircond (9k) is being installed with 1 small fan.

(3) Food served is slow. I'm the only table there and yet i need to wait at least 30 minutes waiting for my food.

(4) Menu is hand written instead of computer printing covered with plastic cover. The price tag for the plastic cover is still there. Hard to read as they use Dark paper written with Black pen.

(5) My Lamb Chop portion is a bit small with 1 small piece of Lamb.

(6) The Chicken meat for Combo Set tasted Fridge smell. 

# All Feedback has been feedback to the owner of Sugar Fairy personally, Chef Yu. 

I told her that i believed all Bad feedback in Facebook is came from Not Fully ready. She said she have no choice to start the business as rental is charging her every month (Rm2k+) and she has limited Budget for her new business.

For everyone information, She is a Writer/Chef also where she produced Books on How to bake or cook. Sorry i forgot what is the name of the book but if u go to her shop, u can see her books there.

Well, We hope members of Kuching Food Critics can give her chance and time to slowly improve from time to time.
