The Food Stalls is still the same like the last previous Spring Food Court (Before renovated) BUT according to Mr. Sonny Roger Ling (The Food Bazaar Manager), Every stalls will have their Special & New Menu which you can only get it at The Spring Food Bazaar. For Example, Pete's Western. Pete's Western have 2 Outlets in Kuching which is at Premier 101 and another outlet is at The Spring Food Bazaar. Pete's Western at The Spring Food Bazaar will have its Special Menu which you can only get it at The Spring Food Bazaar. Meaning that you can't have this Special Menu at their other outlet. It's Simply "Different" !
According to Mr. Roger Ling, the Concept of their Newly Opened & Designed Food Bazaar is more to "Picnic" style. This is why you can see the Roof Top of the Drinks Corner have its design like a Basket style.
Besides that, All the Utensils of the Food Bazaar like The plates, Fork & Spoons, Tables, Chairs are all new. Their plates are specially printed and designed by The Spring Food Bazaar Management where their Logo and Wording is printed on the plate.
